Data & support
Your introduction, your choice.
Real-contact collection is OFF. An active TEST page is not permission to collect real contact details.
When you send, NJF stores your chosen activity, contact method and contact value, optional name and message, and the submission time. The page owner can read these and add private organization notes. NJF infrastructure processes this information; authorized support may access it when handling verified requests. There is no public response list or view counter.
Your response is associated with the public words and page language you responded to. Private owner notes are kept separately.
Responses stop being visible to the owner after 180 days. A separate retention worker must remove expired records; its operation is required before launch. Archive keeps data. Deleting a response or page removes active records; minimal hashed retry evidence stops being used after 48 hours and is removed by the retention process. Delayed cleanup and backups may keep it longer. Page expiry stops new responses and preserves the remaining retention period.
Normal hosting/security logs and provider backups may remain under provider policies. We cannot promise instant backup erasure. No messages or contact details are sent in notification emails by this version. Calendar downloads and off-platform contact are separate copies.
Removal or abuse report
Include the page URL and enough context to identify your submission. Never send passwords. NJF must verify a deletion request before removing another person’s data. The page owner can also delete your response.
